Pricing & costs

Fees at PiPExchange

We keep our pricing simple: a clear service fee, the external network or payment-system fee, and no hidden charges in the background. On this page you’ll see how each part works and what you can expect for different directions.

PiPExchange service fee

≈ 0.5% – 4.0%

Charged on the exchange amount, depending on direction, volume and risk. Shown clearly before you confirm an order.

Network / gateway fees

Variable

Fees charged by blockchains, banks and payment systems (for example: crypto network fee, PayPal fee, bank charges).

Hidden or surprise fees

None

We don’t hide extra costs in unclear rate tricks. If a fee applies, you’ll see it in the calculator and in the order summary.

All values on this page are examples for illustration. Final fees for each order are displayed in the “You send / You receive” calculator and confirmation page.

How your total cost is formed

Choose a simple overview or a more technical breakdown. The logic is the same for all directions — only the percentages and external fees change.

Step 1

You create an order

You choose the direction (for example USDT → PayPal EUR), enter the amount and see:

  • How much you send
  • How much you will approximately receive
  • Our service fee (if any) for that direction
Step 2

You pay from your side

You send the funds from your own wallet/account. External fees may apply here:

  • Crypto network fee charged by your wallet/blockchain
  • E-wallet or PayPal send fee (if their system charges one)
  • Bank transfer fees, if your bank applies them
Step 3

We process and pay out

After we receive your payment, we convert and send the payout:

  • Our service fee is already included in the rate or shown separately
  • We may pay additional network or gateway fees on our side
  • You receive the amount shown in your order (minus only fees already disclosed)
